Hi, I’m Dian, and I can help

I often get clients who have done insightful work but now want the skills and steps to achieve their goals. They feel stuck, and I have helped get them unstuck.

What has helped is a partner that can hold them accountable, and help them think clearer with tools and perspective for long term change.

I am not afraid of uncomfortable conversations. If relevant, we will talk about money, sex, power, control, desires, and more. I enjoy breaking the tension in the air- so please feel free to bring on the humor. I’ve found that real transformation happens when you can laugh a little at our journey.

Working with me means exploring all parts of you, past present, future, and relationships. We see how you do one thing, as it tends to lead us to how we do everything. And, that may be exactly where you are stuck.

This is not traditional talk therapy, we will dig deep, find solutions, and hold you to your commitments.

I can promise this, I will always be my genuine curious self in each session. Your job, is to bring your fullest commitment to our time together.
